Therapeutic yoga means applying techniques of yoga to alleviate specific problems(Physical, Mental or Spiritual) and treat various diseases. After consultation our doctor prescribes a program of asanas best suited to the patient’s dosha type, disease and body constitution. Our yoga instructors have additional training and experience in such Programs. For eg Reversal program for diabetics and heart patients, exercises after surgeries like knee replacement or injuries, yoga for pregnant women, for children, for weight loss/ gain , for joint/ back pain etc.

Our Yoga regime consists of 12 types of asanas done daily which include asanas in standing, sleeping and sitting positions followed by pranayam and meditation (Yognidra). All the six days of the week have different sets of yogasanas.
